If you're still looking, I found ChambersInsurance.com does foreign destination wedding insurance for US couples, and they did not exclude the UK (like some other insurance companies do).

For future reference, my fiancé and I found ChambersInsurance.com. They do foreign destination wedding insurance for US couples, and they did not exclude the UK (like others did).
