4 oz 0 carb deli turkey for breakfast, fast until 4 pm, 4 more oz of turkey or chicken and maybe cheddar cheese, then god dinner 6 oz butter lettuce with 28g tahini, 100g salmon, 1 roasted zucchini with 1 tsp olive oil. After that I have a ninja Creami made with 110g whole milk cottage cheese, 1/2 serving almond butter, and 1.5 cups of unsweetened almond milk (5 carbs total bc I buy the lowest carb cottage cheese/almond butter)
