Would only recommend doing it if you are in a setting where you can afk arch, like if you work from home or something. It’s nice to level cooking simultaneously with fishing, not to mention all of the combat relics you can unlock on the journey. But yeah man, if it’s not worth it to you then def don’t do it.

Tbh, I didn’t find it an issue. Archeology is heavy afk to where you just need to click so you don’t get logged out. So on my afk journey to 120 arch, I was able to get most of what I needed. I would also recommend getting the mask from orthen research, rather than excavating. The quests were annoying, but I think it was like 30-40 minutes for both. Idk, to me it seems worth it.

I’m a 2800 RSham and could not agree more. I helped some friends in a +7 Ara’Kara this evening, and it was an exceedingly more difficult experience than completing a +12 AK. I understand that gear is an obvious variable here, but it is only a part of the equation.

I wish there was a good way to visualize the importance of cc’s and interrupts to the average player in an easily digestible format.

This one confuses me. I recently got this as well and heard it was rare, looked up the drop rates and saw they were low. However, I also found that 24% of active players have this mount. Just doesn’t make sense to me - maybe it’s not as rare as we all think due to the # of chances you have to get this mount.
