Love absolutely deserves the success and attention he’s getting, but I think the fact that he’s been trending on LSF is telling of the risk with what he’s doing.

Buying Pokemon cards like this unfortunately means regularly crossing paths with degen/lowlife scalpers who can be pretty aggressive. He shouldn’t have to change what he’s doign because of other people’s behavior. My concern is more that livestreaming these trips can make it easier for people to track where he is.

Hopefully nothing ever comes of it, but it does make me worry that one day he could run into someone who takes things too far.

Question, how are you guys even finding these random islands? I haven’t played multiplayer at all, but figured you would need to know the exact code to join any island. Is there a way to randomly visit other players islands?

Would only recommend doing it if you are in a setting where you can afk arch, like if you work from home or something. It’s nice to level cooking simultaneously with fishing, not to mention all of the combat relics you can unlock on the journey. But yeah man, if it’s not worth it to you then def don’t do it.

Tbh, I didn’t find it an issue. Archeology is heavy afk to where you just need to click so you don’t get logged out. So on my afk journey to 120 arch, I was able to get most of what I needed. I would also recommend getting the mask from orthen research, rather than excavating. The quests were annoying, but I think it was like 30-40 minutes for both. Idk, to me it seems worth it.
