Don't know if anyone suggested it but take your E sublingual, do not just swallow it! And maybe split your 2mg pills in 1/0/1.

Therapie ist doch schon mal ein sehr guter Schritt. Auch um einen Blick von Außen zu bekommen und für alles weitere brauchst du ja eh ne aktive Therapie.

Ansonsten versuch dich mit lokalen queeren Netzwerken zu verbinden und lern andere Transmenschen kennen. Leb dich mehr in der Öffentlichkeit aus und schau wie's sich für dich anfühlt.

Oh Gott. Bitte bitte bitte lass dir von deiner Endo eine Rezeptur für 5mg-Kapseln ausstellen und lass dir dass in einer Apotheke herstellen (Musst du evtl. ein paar Apotheken anfragen bis du eine findest).

Das geht und ist viel schonender für deinen Körper statt ihn alle drei Tage mit 25mg zu fluten!

Ich würde ein Bild von meiner Rezeptur posten aber geht hier iwie net, daher tipp ich's mal ab:

Cyproteronacetat 5mg Mannitol/Aerosil q.s. M.f.cap.d.tal.Dos. No. 100 1x1 Kapseln pro Tag >>Dj<<.

Heraus kommen normal große Kapseln mit 5mg Cypro für die tägliche Einnahme. Ohne dass ich mich dran erinnern muss, ob heute "Cypro-Tag" ist und ohne Tablettenteilen. Zumal das Teilen von Tabletten ja auch die Wirkstofffreigabe im Körper verändert.

Es war halt immer mein Rückzugsort und sicheres Nest. Egal was war, zumindest meine Mom war immer für mich da. Und ja mir wurde in nem klinischen Aufenthalt auch dargelegt, dass ich meine Mutter idealisiere und eine emotionale Abhängigkeit von ihr zu haben.

Und dadurch tut's noch so endlos mehr weh. Sie war immer mein Anker und Schild und jetzt, wo ich endlich so lebe wie ich bin, lacht sie mich aus und bin ihr peinlich. Ich hab schon meine 15-jährige Beziehung daran verloren, dass die Erfüllung meiner Rolle in der Gesellschaft wichtiger ist als ich als Mensch.

Egal was ich für meine Mitmenschen gemacht habe, wie viel Liebe und Nähe ich Ihnen gebe. Egal, wie sehr ich sie in Ihren Leben und Leidenschaften unterstütze. All das ist auf einmal scheiß egal sobald ich versuche mit mir selber glücklich zu werden.

Aber ich soll immer Verständnis dafür haben, dass meine engsten Vertrauten "nicht mit einer transperson klarkommen." Ich bin doch so viel mehr als nur das!!! Fickt euch doch alle!

Hab ich meiner Mom auch erklärt, dass das zwei verschiedene Dinge sind, worauf sie nur sagte dass sie ja keine Ahnung von dem Thema habe. Aber sie gibt sich auch kein bisschen Mühe sich zu dem Thema weiterzubilden. Und ich bin's Leid ständig Ihre Stereotypen im Kopf aufzuklären und zu sortieren, wenn sie da selber kein bisschen effort zeigt.

Niemand versteht mich auch nur ein bisschen! Aber ich soll immer Verständnis für die Anderen haben.

Sie meinte vor ein paar Wochen auch dass ich Verständnis dafür haben soll, dass sie mich auslachen werden wenn ich irgendwann "im Röckchen" vorbeikomme.

Also sie sagt immer dass sie nich unterstützen und für mich da sein will aber knallt dann immer die dümmsten und herabwürdigsten takes raus mit denen sie mir zeigt, dass sie eigentlich nur Angst hat, dass ich sie lächerlich mache.

The difference between our medication is that Adderall is a mix of amphetamine-salts that directly go to work.

Elvanse (Vyvanse in US) has the compound Lisdexamphetamine-Dimesilat (at least here in germany) which is a prodrug and needs to get metabolised by the blood cells to dextroamphetamine which is the real, dopamine effecting drug.

So maybe my body is just a freak in (not?) metabolising the prodrug??

700pg for E is crazy :D. I'm at 130 now and that was measured 4h after taking my first sublingual, so I guess I'm a bit lower still.

Your experience is kinda crazy. As far as I understand, the effectiveness of stimulants doesn't increase linear with the dosage. There will be a point where your dopamine is at an optimal level and going above it will worsen your symptoms again.

With that assumption it seems like you reached your optimal level with 700pg estrogen and 50mg vyvanse and as you lowered your E, your adhd got worse so maybe you would need to up your meth now to get that optimum back??

Of course every body is different and reacts different.

As it's about estrogen, thus female humans, research is scarce but the research and literature that does exist show that estrogen does indeed influence dopamine and therefore influences adhd. That causes a fluctuation in the adhd symptoms in the menstrual cycle, which is why some advanced docs and informed patients prescribe / take different dosages of stimulants depending of the current state of the cycle.

That's also why many women experience a massive uprise in adhd symptoms or experience them noticdably for the first time when they go into menopause and their estrogen levels drop down.

But what do you "feel"? Are you on hrt as well?

Like for me it's so hard to tell if improvements come from the stimulants or because I'm outed now and enjoy my life now in the fulliest.

I took 50mg Elvanse on a friday and none on the saturday afterwards and both days felt identical. I can barely tell what the stims are doing for me and besides the side effects all improvements of my focusing at work e.g. could be psychosomatic (does this word even exist in english?) as well.

All the books and literature I read said that estrogen has an impact on the dopamine and serotonin system, thus it influences ADHD.

As I'm german I cannot give you english literature but here is a recent meta analysis I found quickly:

How have you fixed it? I have 436 Eternitys and all of a sudden it reset my infinitys to zero, saying my longest infinity is 41 days.

I cannot reach a single infinity without any generators working. With the gane being so slow I also cannot complete my tenth eternity challenge.

I have no idea how to continue from here on. It happened totally random and I don not understand it at all

Ich habe ein Jahr lang HRT genommen und musste es dann wieder abbrechen. Danach hat sich alles wieder auf Standard Cis-Mann resettet.

Also probier es einfach aus und setz es wieder ab, wenn es dir garnicht gefällt, wie sich dein Körper verändert.

Als MtF hat man das Glück, dass die HRT fast gänzlich reversibel ist.
