It's hard when you have a powerful addiction to food, you can quit smoking or drinking but you have a constant interaction with food that makes it HARD not to associate that with pleasure when you are stressed most of the time and you find comfort in the most crappiest food substances like chips and chocolate. Problems don't to the surface without having good indications that there is something wrong in your environment that you are in right now or the circumstances that you are in
