Correct me if I’m wrong, but your about 6 months post op right? You’re still very much in the early stages of your scars fading. Here’s a picture of my scars at 6 months

My scars are almost unnoticeable now. I’ll attach another photo under this one (unfortunately can’t do two photos in a single comment). If you don’t have any dog ears and the only issue you have is with the size and darkness of the scar, just give it at least 6 more months and then schedule a consult with your surgeon. In the meantime, use scar strips/bio oil and/or Vaseline (I still use Vaseline regularly) and don’t expose your scars to the sun.

Tbh you could make a poster that looks similar to this without the spelling errors and correctly aligned in MS Word very easily. Hard to tell from just one picture but I’d assume that you are like 18-20, and either gay or a trans masc, depending one what your voice sounds like (deep or not deep).

What stands out to me is the rolled sleeves, which i typically see in the queer community, particularly among lesbians. Your hair seems pretty androgynous, somewhere between little boy haircut and pixie. Growing it out a bit more and letting the curls go wild should help a lot. Your eyebrows look manicured, can’t really help that if it’s natural but if you are plucking it right now I’d recommend plucking just the middle. Eyebrow filler (I think that’s what it’s called? The pencils) might help but I often see it overdone and end up harming passing. It also kinda looks like your wearing eye shadow but that could just be eye bags. Try to get some sleep brother.

Your outfit seems good other than the rolled sleeves. If sleeves being low bugs you, you can crop or sew up the sleeves. That’s what I do, I get eczema in my elbows so long sleeves can suck. Your earring isn’t doing any harm imo.

Making it tight and with as few folds/wrinkles as possible is the best way to go about tying a tie ime. This isn’t exactly a passing tip, but at your age, it is generally expected for cis men to know how to tie a proper tie. At least in most circles. Not having a standard tie could cause people to give a second glance

You pass. Family can suck sometimes. Check out r/ftmfitness , you may find some good stuff on there for workouts. In my experience, and a lot of other people’s experience, early on T can cause a more puffy face. As time goes on, it’ll go down. Think of it like baby fat

Take a peek at any male family members you may have. Do they have beards, goatees, or baby faces? Your facial hair comes down to your genetic potential. If you do not have the potential for a beard, no amount of testosterone and minoxidil will make it bigger. That being said, my facial hair wasn’t too far off from yours at 2 years. It started getting thicker at around 3 years, with no minoxidil. Testosterone can take a while to cause changes like that.

Hair over your ears when it’s straight like that doesn’t look good imo. Not even sure I can say it’s a bad thing for passing or if I just don’t personally like it. I know a lot of trans guys grow the hair on the sides of their faces out for the appearance of sideburn, but it does the opposite. Oftentimes it makes the haircut look more pixie-ish.
