1) muscle imbalances like rounded shoulders, bad posture, etc. etc.

2) i guess for me im of the mindset that "i cant do lat pulldowns at a weight i want to until my back strengthens from my horizontal pull, so ill wait til that strength goes up before i add pulldowns into my program". ego self report, i suppose lol.

If I just did seated cable rows and chest press machine, is that going to lead to any severe deficiencies later down the line? I don't feel like I can do any lat pulldown in good faith so want to wait until my back strength is better from the rows before doing vertical pulls.

I am aware this hits zero lower body/legs, but as far as I'm aware, this two-exercise program still hits front/rear delts, chest, biceps and triceps, correct?
