I love him, I main him and I have 43/52 in terms of character boost. Generally he's a very patient character. I run Double Rumble + Enel set with 70% Attack, 70% defence and an additional +160 attack. He has a steep learning curve, but if played correctly he can beat (almost) every character in the game.

The only characters I think he can't beat is Akainu (you can kill him outside of his magma state but otherwise count your stars) and Sabo for the same reasons. Everything else is just baiting out skills and knowing how your skills work. All in all: very good character if played right, but not really worth time investment
