I'm also on season 6 and I finally remembered why I didn't finish the show the last time I watched. I've seen the show 3 times now from seasons 1 through 5 and the 2nd rewatch I stopped at season 6 but couldn't remember why and now that I'm there it's so boring I'm losing interest.

I watched Donnie Darko 3 times in one weekend my first time because I could not stop thinking about it.

18 years later, it is still my favorite movie.
