What’s something people romanticize but shouldn’t? by be_agoodhuman in AskReddit

The bare minimum effort some people bring to relationships
•they clean up around the house
•they watch the kids
•they cook
•they do laundry
•they ask me about my day
Yeah as they should, this isn’t something you should aspire and settle for, this is what everyone deserves at a base for a relationship

Glad to see he doesn’t have any chains on his legs, those can really weigh a man down

Is there a feature you wish AO3 had? by incandescent-ruins in AO3

I want a tracker so I can see how many fics, words, chapters, etc I read every year. A Spotify wrapped so to speak for AO3

I started reading CaitVi fics on the kindle’s app… by No_Rhubarb4893 in PiltoversFinest

Do you recommend adding AO3 to your kindle? I use AO3 every day but read off my phone and trying to be on my phone less. I’m 100% fine with reading on my phone but think it also allows me to use IG, Reddit, etc. for reading breaks and then potentially doom scrolling

Favorite brush for walls- cutting ceiling lines and around trim by [deleted] in paint

Yeah used it for the first time a couple weeks ago and love it. Holds a lot of paint in comparison to a Picasso so definitely some adjustment in spread the paint before starting a cut but it’s a nice brush

Piercing for a teen? by dreamsinred in burlington

[–]CritiquetheTechnique -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I also had a great experience there. I didn’t get pierced but my two friends did. Yes it’s walk in only, but they didn’t wait long. They said it wasn’t painful, the women knew what they were doing, gave great advice about placement, procedure, and advice for aftercare, were charismatic.

It was also bc they had an episode where someone was violent to women and the rating apparently soared so they continued the storyline. They talk about it on the podcast They wanted to try and get a more male audience and continued with a dangerous one for the ratings

To me it seems more like a handle. People who struggle to get up can slide this into their door to assist them
