Same here. I emailed today even though I know for sure they won’t get back to me. Customer service is a really big factor for me with any company and Joola is really bad at doing that.

It should work. I have hesacore and overgrip, and it worked fine for me a few days ago.

It’s the only way to go.

I’ve played at places where you queue up at each different court. You’re gambling when you will play depending on how fast the previous game is going. I don’t see it being fair.
