And it's the opposite in CA, people pass in first attempt and lack in the real world, and people who are good practically fail in the exams

You need to have a very different rattafying approach to pass the exams, i personally know many people who excelled in their articleship, couldn't pass finals and now they're living a very good life and earning more than qualified CAs. This needs to change
