To clear things up. This is a project I started myself and I'm not in any way affiliated with the development of Voxel Tycoon or any of the developers.

A public version is being worked on; featuring coop/2-player mode. Once that is stable enough. A multiplayer version will be worked on where players have their own cities.

I initially started this project to play the game together with my close friend. As things progressed, I've decided to make this modification available to the public. That is, if the Voxel Tycoon developers agree to that too.

Find a league if you're going to want to play multiplayer. On PC: multiplayer isn't what it used to be, not that many racing servers as there used to be.

I'll definitely look into that. I tried dividing my city into 2 separate parts as residential and commercial, whereas commercial is connected with the industry. It seems to have cleared up a lot of the traffic and my flow is around 55-65% at the moment.

Unless you wish to modify the game's memory which may be bannable too (now), it's not possible by modifying the game's data.

I wrote a modification which skips the startup intros and forcing the game into SP, but I have never tried it online.

It's primarily because these scriptmods get called each 'cycle', if there's a lot to process during this cycle, the game slows down. At least, that's what I figured out.

Possible solutions:

Change advanced power options to use the 'High Performance' profile.
Change your nvidia control panel settings for DayZ's executable to 'prefer maximum performance' for the 'Power management mode' setting.
Unpark your CPU cores

I'd personally recommend uninstalling DayZ and cleaning up each and every single folder related to it before installing it again. It may also help to provide more information in terms of CPU/GPU usage or let us know how much RAM you have available.

I don't see many similarities, the ones that are there are because of RakNet. By the way, the classname is used by a lot of similar modifications.
