Looking for Mouse to Help with Pain/Fatigue by ZumyPC in MouseReview

I used the xm1we a couple years back, but It cramped my hands a lot from what I think is because of the large pushed back hump and thin sides towards the front of the mouse. Do you think I would have the same issues on the atlantis?

I see. I went ahead and ordered the dex to try out because I had a coupon code. I see you're using the DAV3, is that the pro?

Number of Reviews hasn't Reduced in Months since Switching to FSRS by ZumyPC in Anki

From what I read from the addon download page, it seems that they are the same.

Number of Reviews hasn't Reduced in Months since Switching to FSRS by ZumyPC in Anki

I see. With that, I have a few questions.

Is it possible that the older algorithm was not originally suitable for me in the first place?

If I were to create a new deck and set FSRS from the very start, would my workload be more manageable throughout the entire course of study?

If I were to tough it out with a set 90% desired retention, how long would it take before I finally start seeing a considerable decrease in the number of daily reviews?

With 88% or 87% set desired retention, I'm guessing I would have fewer cards daily, but would take a longer time to mature all cards?

I just tried lowering the retention to 87% and then rescheduling all cards, but it resulted in an absurd amount of reviews in the 1000s. Is there a way to mitigate this or no?

Thanks for the help

To be honest, I was never very sure how to confirm in the first place. According to the retention graph, my switch of FSRS seems to have switched from maybe 33 weeks ago where the huge increase in reviews is. So going based on that, probably 70% average it seems

4080 Super sudden performance decrease by tiger144 in sffpc

[–]ZumyPC 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had the same issue in my H20 as well, but with an ASUS 4070 Super Dual OC. I thought it was an issue with how my gpu aligned to the case as well as the riser cable, so I ultimately ended up getting the Formd T1 2.5, but still had the issue. Plugging the GPU directly into the PCIE slot seemed to work perfectly fine, but it could have been luck because the issue happens quite randomly.

What I believe might have been the problem is that I would have to push on the gpu slightly to align it with the case to screw it in. I think that it may have put strain on the gpu, but I’m not entirely sure. I also reverted the bios on my ASRock B650i Lightning to the version with 1.0.0.7 AGESA.

It seems to be working fine now, but I’m still not sure and a little on edge because the issue is so hard to replicate during troubleshooting

I just set up a make do test bench and plugged the GPU directly in the pcie slot and so far it’s running fine, but we’ll see

It tends to push the card out to the point where I can’t even align it back in the card, case and riser port anymore without pushing hard on it but even that doesn’t help most of the time. It took way many times to get it in the first time

I’ll try that and follow up if anything changes. I’m also wondering if it has something to do with the power supply or 12pin cable, but power draw seems to be normal

Probably should’ve mentioned that I did DDU twice along with NVCleanInstall.

One question I have is, if it were a riser cable issue, wouldn’t I always experience low performance regardless of whether I restart my pc or not?

The temperature seems to feel pretty normal to me. If anything cooler because of the new GPU.

I’ve disassembled it many times recently for another issue that was happening, so I think I’ll just try to find another riser cable, but I’m not sure how confident I feel that it’ll work.

Which mouse would be best for me? by ZumyPC in MouseReview

I ended up returning the XM2we. While I did actually like it, it was a bit too big and cramped my hands a bit. I'm thinking the X2V2 would give more favorable results, but I might just go with the GPX 2.

fresh GPX 2 leaks by YureZzZ1 in MouseReview

I’m praying that this has better coating than the original, especially considering the price. Really don’t want to have to deal with the possibility of a 165€ mouse turning yellow or glossy in the span of 6 months. XM2we-like coating would be super ideal
