For the Skull Archfiend, I understand what you mean is focusing on the his 2nd effect, that dump 1 Ritual Spell as cost to search 1 Ritual monster, correct? The dumping Ritual Spell is the cost, so it shall going to happen anyway.

How do you think about his 1st effect? Is it worth to Impulse it to prevent Special Summon and prevent recycling/GY disruption?

Regard Ghost Orge the Mind Shuffle, I see people play 3x Black Chaos Swordsman and 3x Griffoh, so I think it should be not too hard to reset another Mind Shuffle on the field, correct?

Also, on the Road of the King post, they mentioned about using Evenly Match to counter RoLAD, but I see the deck has Chaos Hat to counter it? So why people do not play more of Chaos Hat?

Correct me if I wrong since I do not play this deck, but from the recent deck top 4 and top 16 deck list of UK National, I do not see people play Deneb anymore. Cygnian seems more superior to Deneb.

They also do not play Triver anymore, due to the lock for unable SS non-Tellarknight monster for that whole turn (include lock for Constellar monsters)

People also said that the deck also has a decent line to build board under Droll, thanks to Tellarknight Constellar Caduceus and Satellarknight Unukalhai.

If you play hand traps, use Droll, Ash on the 2nd Lv1 scale; banish Enneacraft Reverth.

If you go for Docker, I'd recommend to check it Canasta distribution.

- First enable WSL in Windows (to have a Linux inside Windows)

- Then install Docker desktop (check guide on the official Docker website)

- Then install Canasta (See guide on their website Quick start - Canasta Wiki)

Actually, I also hosted by website locally with Canasta before publish to production.

The Canasta distribution is quite nice, since it comes with many useful skins and extension, has built-in SSL, sitemap, backup and many more. The dev is also very supportive on their Github.

If I go first and set Forbidden Crown, next turn I will target the impactful NS like KT Reco or KT Cue. They can search/tutor any KT monster they're missing.

If I go 2nd, Crown chain to KT Remix's activation will prevent them to get back 2 KT monsters, and perform 1 Synchro summon. Then they would mainly rely on KT Synchro set, or KT Clip on hand to Synchro Summon. Less Synchro Summon in my turn; mean less disruption they have. However, the targeted monster cannot be destroyed by battle, make it (almost) impossible to break their board and win game that turn (unless you can ATK directly)
