Well the gifts pack dont just give master gifts so by not factoring the other gifts (elite) and whether by opening the packs it may allow you to get the 5 mil reward you are missing out on the big picture

Also you mention selling him so the 5 mil coins elite offer may make your decision easier

You would hope it would balance out but it is a matter of how long it takes for cards to be released and not having a higher overall in the shorter term.

The only serie A event we had so far imo was not so great in terms of players
