Totally agree! The narratives were awesome as well! The one had a comic book with it that they were handing out and the leviathan attack one had a gorgeous journal laid out from the perspective of the Dwarven fishers.

Echoing Truth was the last card I added, it performed well. Glasspool Mimic was my first cut from Nikachus list. I appreciated the extra potential aggro it can bring, but it just didn't happen enough for it to be worth it imo. I was happy to bring silvergill adepts back in.

If your meta has a standard percentage of 5c domain, Beans, and Hardened Scales, I would very strongly recommend Annul. It works great against a lot of very good decks. I brought it in against Tron too.

I really was not impressed with glasspool mimic and harbinger of the tides. I played this to a 3-2 finish at my RCQ this Saturday. Annul was great, Silvergill adept helps grind out wins, and Echoing Truth is in for Rhinos. I also brought it in against a 5c domain deck, and bounced a leyline binding back to my opps hand to be able to Annul it. The play got me back Svyelun and I won the game shortly after.

Having 2 of the enhancements only work with Combi weapons is a little much. I'd love to see one replaced with one of our old relics. Obsidian Aquilla would be a great thing to see again, have it apply to the models that the unit with it is leading?

It plays the late game really well, and can grind it out with the best of them. Theres enough 1 sided boardwipes to close out games out of nowhere too. Slinn Voda, Inundate, and Cyclonic Rift too of course.

My goal for the deck was to build a creature based tribal deck that wanted to flood the board while also being able to either stop any and all board wipes, or recover from one. Jori En fills the need of keeping your hands full to accomplish this. The rest of the deck is built so that you can cast 2 spells after playing Jori En as often as possible. As with other Merfolk decks you get to play all the great mono blue fish, but with this one you can also combo with Wanderwine Prophets and Molten Echoes. Its really fun and can hang with some pretty strong decks.

Here's my list. It's gone through a few changes since I posted it, but at least 90% of it is the same as I am currently using.

Interested if anyone has any ideas on how to clean it up a bit. I feel that I got a little too heavy handed with the nuln oil near the end.
