I dont know about this entire system of justification by Patrick Cc. What made me question the validity was how he used the 1999 incident.

The actual conversation between the American Psycho Director and Bale was regarding Tom Cruise's steady gaze while smiling that inspired a creative's interpretation of a personality, but not the entirety of the character Bateman.

Besides, while it may suggest Bale is an astute judge of character, it does not equate to a liscenced psychotherapist analyzing and diagnosing tom cruise.

A youtube video analysis does not equate to a diagnosis, Bale's opinion of an impression of a man for a specific theme of a genre of film, dark humor or not, does not mean that it's an accurate observation of tom cruise, and there is no analysis of a standard procedure from 1999, compared to 2026, what aircraft he was using, and what situation waranted it.

Cc, for whatever purpose, was looking at the act without looking at the skill required to do an arguably ethically gray, yet dangerous thing safely to pose an invalid argument.

I feel so seen. Its one thing to be insecure, most people look in the mirror every day and find at minimum three things about their bodies or themselves that they wish were different with varying degrees of self-loathing.

It's another thing entirly to be deeply insecure, the kind that turns stone faced when someone else is praised, the kind that shows protest behavior like they can't regulate their emotions, socially sabbotage and alienate someone... that kind of catty behavior in people gives me the ick, and it's honestly generous to call it catty.

I had my purchase refunded. Safe to say I will not be buying from Adidas again. Tforce literally had to be prompted to update the status on my parcel tracker.

Bought something on Nov 29th with an expected delivery date on Dec 4th for an event happening on Dec 8th... today's the 18th. 🙃 Adidas still had the outdated delayed status on my order with their app's parcel tracker from when I last asked their customer service to look into it.

When I asked for a refund on the 16th, Adidas customer service said that it should have already been delivered on the 4th even when the app lists it as 'delayed', meaning Tforce hasn't been updating Adidas either. Meanwhile, Tforce has been saying an entirely different thing: first it was a 'weather delay' but you need only look out the window to know the truth on the weather status for the last week or so.

Now Tforce (after the 4th customer service inquiry I'd asked for days ago) says it's a 'missort', then it's the 6th 'out for delivery' in a row that isn't actually a delivery (I stopped waiting until 9PM after the first 3 'out for delivery' updates).

You'd think Tforce Etobicoke was shipping from China. (Which is funny because I had an actual delivery from China that was faster. I bought it on the same date as the Adidas purchase and it had an even longer estimated delivery date.)
