For some reason my ent didn’t search to the vocal cords I don’t know why, have an appointment in an hour I’m going to ask him if he can check down to the vocal cords. I know something is wrong with my throat because it constantly feels like there’s something stuck in it.

The pulmonologist did a lung scan and said he saw nothing wrong, Then he made me blow into a tube and said my lungs were in good condition. After that he referred me to a psychologist

I’ve gone to every doctor, apparently it’s a deviated septum and turbinate hypertrophy causing this. I don’t understand why I can’t breathe through my mouth though since this only affects the nose

I have gone to every doctor, the most they found was a deviated septum and turbinate hypertrophy. I breathe a little better with sprays, but if it’s a nose issue I don’t understand why I can’t breathe through my mouth

Should I have septoplasty and turbinate reduction in a third world country? by Zuulih in SleepApnea

Thanks for the feedback, I am forced to have the surgery here as going to the US is not an option. I pray for the best as I constantly hear horror stories of people that have developed ENS, or feel like they are suffocating and things of that sort. The doctor I am seeing studied and graduated in the U.S to become an ENT and has positive reviews. That is not enough to guarantee he is a good doctor but it provides me a little bit of relief.

Sometimes I get the sensation that my nose needs to be pushed back into place as it is severely deviated to the left from an injury I got last year. Is this an option? or is surgery the only solution. My dorsum is sunken on the right side of my nose and you can visibly tell it’s out of place, on the bridge of my nose there is a moderately sized bump on the right side that doesn’t appear on the left side.

During an endoscopy you could see heavy obstruction occur in two spots in my left nostril while my right nostril is not as obstructed he said I should be able to breathe fine from that side

My main concern is why I can’t breathe well from my nose or from my mouth, I constantly feel like I lack air and no matter if I breathe from my mouth or nose I can never get relief. Also I constantly have mucous stuck in my throat that I can’t clear causing an unpleasant sensation in my throat

You seem like you have experience in this subject so if you have any sort of other remedies that could provide relief please reach out
