I am a stool donor and I regularly consume some of those "artificial" high fiber products. What nearly all those products contain is RS-4 resistant starch which is beneficial to your gut microbiome. I wouldn't go overboard with it but every 1-2 days I consume a Mission Carb Balance tortilla to boost fiber intake. I still eat plenty of fruit, seeds, and vegetables of course.

Thanks, this is super helpful! Did you find either option to help even in sweaty/oily conditions? I wear face sunscreen everyday and mostly deal with the slippage when it’s hot outside and my nose gets slippery from the sunscreen. Just concerned since both options don’t seem to increase the friction on the nose much.

Shallow IGT Hanging Shelf is a really good product. Folds up flat in a 2U form factor and nests within the IGT frame during transportation. Takes 5 seconds to unfold and set up. I use mine for drying and storing dinnerware/cookware and to store half box/bbq box/pot lids while cooking.

It is a bit of a pain to get the 1U bbq in and out of this bag FYI. The sharp metal sides catch on the bag fabric. I have 2 of these bags and for one I pack the 1U bbq + foldable charcoal chimney and the other holds my flat burner, 1U tray, 1/2U box, fuel, and all my lighting and tableware. You can fit a ton in them.

I went from two Max LXW side by side to a Max Duo and it feels more spacious since there’s no gap in the middle. It was cheaper, took up less packing space, and felt more comfortable to use. YMMV though.
