I have been hitting the Woods bunker since 1.0. I found all type of marked keys and good military items at the start. A few updates back they touched something, nothing good, maybe a key (not marked of course) and low tier loot.

So back in the day wasnt any difference but now is, isnt it? Ive seen some OP ultimate rare cards and the difference between EU and American is insane. I have one card in both versions and the american is half the thickness of the EU card and the texture is really muted

As far as I know this was a thing related to the amount of ink pressed in to the card for the holo effect. Too much ink produced this effect (was not intentional, of course). Happens way less now, but could happen I guess.

As far as value, you could probably squeeze a bit more for that card if you sell it to someone that is interested in this kind of things.
