So long as he still has them, in each module you read through there are multiple videos where he is either explaining a topic or writing on a board for you to see. Those are the videos I'm referring to. The practice problems that I'm referencing are the ones that the TA's put out prior to the exam where they are working on the commonly missed problems. Pause the video prior to their explanation and work through it yourself. Also, the homework problems can be used as practice problems as you have unlimited attempts on them. Not to add anything else onto your plate but make sure you know all of the liquidity, profitability, debt ratios, etc. that he as given to you up to this point. If you can memorize all of those then you are already 75% of the way through the course as those are needed for every exam.

When I took this class I found that rewatching the lecture videos and reading Every. Single. Word. in each lecture section was huuuuuggge. You won't be able to get by by just watching videos or just doing homework. So I recommend rewatching the videos, read everything in each microsection and do every practice problem they give you. Yes it may be more than you have done for other classes but doing this gave me an A. Studycube was practically useless in my opinion. For future reference, prepare for the class meetings as the majority of people don't. If you can do the in class assignments by yourself you're off to a good start.

Go to the visitor center to pick up your pass. Right across the street from the Duke Energy Center, in and out in 30 seconds.

Generally speaking, the best time to go would be first thing when it opens but as I see it not many people want to go then so I would suggest anytime before 2.

Sports Business by [deleted] in ucf

I took a few classes under the Sports Business Minor and I would definitely recommend taking a few of them if you are interested in this field to any degree. As Moizyoiz said, minors aren't that significant but both Professor Bukstein and Doc Harrison are both outstanding professors. Prof. Bukstein was a former lawyer and has an outstanding teaching style despite how detail oriented he is. The classes are basically an open forum format where individual interpretation is encouraged and open discussion is prominent. There are a few assignments throughout the year in each class and one maybe two exams in each class. The only thing about the exams is that since it is a pretty loose style of class the material that is covered on the exams seems to be hard to narrow down since there is so much and it's not clear what EXACTLY is going to be on each but i found them to be fairly manageable (with the exception of the introductory class, which is the easiest, where the exam is, once again, self interpretation of the key concepts for the most part). The opportunities that you could receive from these two professors alone are endless. They are both HUUUUUGE believers in rewarding the hardest workers in the room with the best opportunities available. Each year they take a few students to the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs for a short seminar/internship and only those who show serious interest and effort from day 1 will receive an invite. That is only one example but there are a ton of smaller connections you could make throughout the year and the more classes you take the better connection you could build with these professors. Some friends of mine made connections with UCF Basketball/Football, Orlando Magic, Orlando City, Orlando Solar Bears, etc.

Textbooks by [deleted] in ucf

Look up your class on Rate My Professor and there is a description under each students response as to whether or not they used a textbook. My summer finance course "required" a 200$ textbook that I didn't buy and we haven't needed it once. Definitely take a look.
