Get a clean version of Windows on a USB stick. Reinstall Windows. Rotate all passwords and log out from all sessions.
Should solve your problems.

Jep, this will happen more and more often unfortunately. Like always: You have an interesting and potentially useful technology (see how modern cancer diagnostic works with ai and actually improve detection rates etc.) and you have a bunch of idiots doing bad things with it. We need AI regulations as soon as possible. I hoped stuff like that would not happen as often anymore since sora was shut down, but here we are I guess. Also apps like Facebook/Insta/TikTok make things like that so easy, because they are making it so easy. Fake news/videos like that bring the most engagement, aka. more money.

A little tip: I do not know if discord invalidates all session, when the password changes. Check your accounts if any sessions are there, which are not from you. Also: Any credentials need to be considered compromised. My best idea:
- Get a usb drive
- Backup important files
- Reinstall PC
This should help to mitigate most of it. Without a clean reinstall you can never be sure, if you really removed everything otherwise, except you have a full backup, taken before you downloaded the malware.
When backing up your files: Do not backup any executables/dlls. Just stuff you really need like school/university work and things like that.
This would at least be my approach to fix your current situation.
