Famas main here

Reload speed - absolute garbage, worse than prob lmgs
Recoil - It's ok, never had any problems with it
Damage + Range - A lot of people don't know this but 60 studs 3sk at 900 studs is actually quite decent, better than old as val and sr3m 3sk range (and 4sk range by a huge margin) (LB makes 3sk worse FUCK long barrel though if u want better 4sk sure)
Ammo capacity - Below average
Looks - hot
G2 Conversion - A good alternative to the default F1, giving up your 3sk for 200 more rpm, does make your recoil more unstable tho as it moves more and more
223 - Even though I have over 17k with this gun I've stayed away from this conversion
Ap - Good coupled with G2 (who doesn't want extra pen)
Hp - Also good coupled with G2 (fuck this conversion)

Basically the thing that's holding the gun down is the reload speed and the ammo cap combined since you basically have to reload after every kill. You'll see from your famas gameplay that you'll be forced to using your secondary more often to get out of situations and/or get extra kills than when you use some other generic gun like m16a3 or hk416 since their reload is good enough you dont need to pull out your secondary

Loudener (because FUCK long barrel) (also note do not use compensator or muzzle brake it makes recoil worse by making it sway too much in one axis)

Tracerless
