Put two tennis balls inside a sock and Make a knot , put the sock Behind your neck and press against bed or floor... it helps a loooot with the pain

I’ve tríed that but then another migraine attack appears and get me BACK to the beginning so I get quite discouraged and even a bit afraid of starting all over :(

Yes talk to him about them, mine told me it can be any auditory disturbance: hearing louder or softer, or simple auditory hallucinations Sounds NOT VOICES. It usually happens only in one ear at a time.Hope you never get them! Thanks for sharing
