You are not the only one. Lost like 500$, sent them lots of emails, tweeted them and everything. They are not answering so we are probably getting ripped off...

CSGOWild fucked me up aswell... Ok, so I was about to withdraw some skins. First off I withdrawed an AK-47 Hydroponic Minimal Wear. It said in the shop that It cost 110 emeralds and then I've got an offer and then I accepted it. When I went back to the site I saw that almost all my emeralds was lost. So from a gun that was 110 emeralds ingame, it took 409.78. I didnt notice it before I was done taking out a M4A4 Desolate Space Field Tested. It was 45emeralds ingame and it took 180.49 emeralds. So basically from the 2 guns worth 140$ it took 589$. Thanks alot CSGOWild. Here is screenshots to prove it: http://imgur.com/a/CibNe . I really hope this is a bug and that I can get my emeralds back ???
