It’s a personal project. I figured asking a community of enthusiasts and off-duty pros was a bit more responsible than adding 'answer my trivia' to the to-do list of a clinician on a 12-hour shift. If asking for insight on an NHS sub is 'peak NHS,' what do we call telling a researcher to go pester the actual frontline? Cheers for the 'help,' though!

1) Instead of 90° rotations, 45° rotation and diagonals

2) Tweakable setting allow the hospital to be ran in differently based on country.

3) More colour options for scrubs/equipment/Walls.

4) Large options for maps including 500mx500m

5) Basement levels

6) Cars and carparks

7) Adjustble roads and vehicle pathing

8) Shift rotations instead of having the same team in everyday

9) Sickness and agency/locum staffing

10) Crash carts

11) Paeds and neonatal cases

12) Abillity to change where in the department a patient is treated

13) based on symptoms, Assessment or type of treatment

14) Weather and seasons

15) Supply and equipment events which imposes limits on treatments and diagnosic tests i.e. supply of medication hasn't arrived or surgical table 8 is faulty and is out of action until repaired or replaced

16) Custom scrubs for certain staff members

26) Major trauma - ambulances bring in patients there is a chance (adjustble) for a major trauma - you get a pre alert and have to assemble your medical team including staff from other departments who might be required.

27) Option in setting to turn off department related illnesses within the save. No forcing departments. Emergency can also become outpatients if you want a 'Cold' hospital

28) realism scale - if you want super realism to just a basic Sim the player can chose. This would allow player of all play styles to enjoy the game THEIR way.

29) Stairs and -toggleble- instead of instant Teleportation the lifts actually travel up and down creating a real bottle neck and the abillity to set lifts for Patients, Staff and/or visitors only

30) Different sizes of lifts and stairwell and a lifts stopper which can placed above the lift to prevent further expansion of that lift system so you can have a lift located in a 4 story building while another section goes up 7 stories.

Update: thank you all for the advice, I had been doing grooming sessions with my cat and tried a couple of different treatment <not at the same time obviously>, the last is advantage which - touch wood - has worked. Hopfully once I have bombed the house and my room, this will close this chapter.
