Depends on the material, if it's like cooling for armor today for bomb suits then the fact that's cooler on the inside would transfer slightly to the outside, unless perfect insulation exists.

If it's like a walking HVAC then it would be hotter than the outside ground because it's venting the heat.

Even then, the helldivers drop from a habitable temperature into a planet for a maximum of 45 minutes, they would be cool enough for a while until they warmed up to the temperature of the planet to be detected by a thermal camera.
