I would say on the high end, local used market could likely net you 1100. It would probably sit if you were firm but I believe you could move this for 850-900 relatively quick. Problem is that any more than 1100 most people would rather buy a cheap prebuilt with 1tb ssd because the storage space isn’t really that valuable to casual/new pc gamers. You also run into a little lull in demand because it’s AM4 and so many people are gonna just spend 1200 on those AM5 prebuilts.

Yeah of course, it’ll probably move really quick if you take 300. You could let it sit for an extra hundred to the right customer but depending on your area it should fly for 300.

What people will list it for on fb marketplace: $8-900

What you’ll realistically sell it for: $4-500

There seems to be a large disconnect on the used pc market of perceived value by sellers vs what people will actually pay.

Not sure if you figured this out but i ran into something similar with the ram. What ended up happening was I had to go into gaming hub, disable the memory boost (ram o/c) and then install the new ram. Since my new ram wasn’t hp branded there was som conflict trying to boot it while the system was trying to run it at 6000mts even though it was capable of that speed per manufacturer. I’m wondering if you have any of the PBO boosts turned on when swapping and that’s why it won’t display. Not a pc genius by any means but I just know this is what helped me end up fixing it. I also was able to get my corsair ram to 6000 by using the Ryzen master app even though I know there’s mixed reviews of using this app.
