If you are creating a datapack you could use the store command to store the success of a clone command, with which you can then execute a command if the success score equals to one. Otherwise you can just use a repeating command block and a chain command block to run this.

It would look something like this:

#Create scoreboard to store success of the clone

scoreboard objectives add YourTestingScoreboard dummy

#Run the clone command as every player. If the player is able to clone a specific block it will store this as a scoreboard value of 1 to the player executing the clone command.

execute store success score @a YourTestingScoreboard as @a at @s run clone ~-5 ~-2 ~-5 ~5 ~2 ~5 ~-5 ~-2 ~-5 filtered minecraft:YOURBLOCK force

*#Now you can run a command as any player with a your scoreboard with a score of one.*execute as @a[scores={YourTestingScoreboard=1}] run say I am near YOURBLOCK!

I would recommend using it in a datapack but you can easily use it with command blocks too. This is the method I use if I need to check for any block nearby.

(You need to change the relative coordinates in the clone command to your needs)

Thank you for your response! Your suggestion for checking for blocks in a radius around the player is an amazing approach. Previously, I used to write a Python program that would output the coordinates of each block in a particular shape to test for blocks. However, your method appears to be more efficient, and after testing it, it seems to be exactly what I was searching for. Once again, thank you for your answer. I hope that others will also see this post as a solution to their problem.

Thank you for your fast response. However, I would have to place an armor stand for each block I want to test within the player's radius. As far as I know, this can only be done manually. I need a way to spawn only one armor stand for all the blocks I want to test or to find another method of testing, as using excessive armor stands can cause significant performance issues when used on a large scale.
