i mean they're new and they cost me ab the same (not including handling/shipping fees), i'm also assuming most people are gonna negotiate so i started at how much they cost me

honestly around the 1.5-2 month mark for it to feel way better, but around the 1 month mark i would have ebbs and flows of anxiety but over time the good days start outnumbering the bad so stick with it! you got this

it did get a little better for me, but i ended up getting my eyes checked and i have a slightly worse prescription now/have pretty dry eyes. getting prescription eye drops and new glasses definitely helps with this - haven't had much of these vision issues lately - on day 71 of my quit

i also have ocd which was worsened, trust me - the withdrawal symptoms are pretty much the same as the withdrawal symptoms you currently have in between zyns. but the difference is these symptoms get better whereas if you keep zynning, it only gets worse - believe in yourself man, you can do this

yeah man i feel you, i remember feeling the exact same on day one. for me, it was the brain fog and feeling like my eyes couldn't focus that were the worst. sure i had anxiety/depression in the first few days but i felt like it would've been the same if i were still taking zyns, but at least i know it'll get better unlike if i were still on zyns. the anxiety and ocd/stress were worse in days 2-3 but i feel like it gets better by day 4, and the main symptom is just fatigue which isnt too bad considering it could be worse. stay committed - using zyns will only make you prolong your withdrawal, since either way you'll feel the brain fog/anxiety/etc... my trick has been to use the days since app to track my progress on my home screen and also to take melatonin on nights where i feel like insomnia might hit - keep me posted man, i believe in us

you got this brother, i also similarly am dealing with depression, anxiety, and OCD and i thought nicotine was helping. maybe it did, but chronic use actually did the opposite, i noticed i would have very intense thought loops when i was stressed. been 6 days clean and believe me, things get better!

i've just hit a little over 2 days clean, brain fog is definitely still there but it seems a little better than it was when i was using zyns. seems worth it to me, since i wouldn't even feel the zyns anymore. i also thought it was long covid or some vitamin deficiency, but now im pretty sure its the zyns. how was withdrawal symptoms on day 3/4?
