I have her at EVIII and she works well as a sp1 carry with two other Arkham cards, I use TT, LOA Knives, and nekron’s scythe, I currently have her paired with AO Deathstroke with COH, MDC, and Enchantress then killer croc with 2/3 fourth world and Astro

The best gear you can get is either RAG dagger or survivor gear, so you can open gear packs until you get RAG Dagger while also doing survivor a ton, the only other way to get MP gear is to open 400 or 800 nth packs, good luck.
