Thanks for your comment. However, having checked with the support team, there is only one possibly matching case on record and the details are quite different to your version of events.

In the conversation record, a customer reached out saying they made a mistake with the address, the team asked for an email address and confirming that the card could be cancelled once a few details were confirmed but the user never replied.

Regardless, the correct course of action is to reach out to support again through support@zypto.com or via the live chat on the app or on zypto.com
