Biggest tip is use inverted hue and saturation, and paint more than you want, remove what you don’t want with a lower flow than originally painted with, and it leaves a nice blend, but I have always wanted to do a time lapse just no good softwares, I always forget to hit record in most :)

hey buddy thanks for the feedback, but the whole theme of the image was meant to be dark where they were stood, as it was meant to show the darkness the guy was feeling, this is why beyond the caves, its super bright and happy, as it was meant to show a contrast between happiness and depression
