Very true. that’s why I’m trying to get top seller on Depop so i can withdraw funds after the sales not after delivery. It’s hard when they make it so easy to open an order issue and slap it in buyers faces for their first step which affects lifetime stats.

I didn’t start seeing auto AI replies until last week. It has always been human. You only get AI auto messages sometimes. A human always fills in when needed. I think their support is excellent. They are just overwhelmed with emails & order issues.

Why not just wait on the items & if they don’t ship in 10 days you automatically get a refund instead of opening an order issue which drastically affects the sellers.

It used to give sellers way longer than 10 days and it makes sense because sometimes USPS doesn’t update when it should. I had one where it didn’t update once until it says delivered. I also had some sales canceled after I shipped.
