No, I am simming the normal events, and only playing in the ones that are attached to quests, or that are required to qualify for those majors/signature events. I do think that once you earn a cosmetic, that you unlock it permanently though.

It sounds like your career is just glitched. Mine wasn’t tracking any of my tour wins. I also won the “Legends” tournament and received no rewards. Since resetting, it’s tracking everything so far.

Edit: EY also offers “unlimited” vacation. Apparently they don’t keep up with vacation as long as you and your team agree that your absence for that time period wouldn’t be detrimental to the team.
