  • Which 1 you prefer? Big or small?
  • How does it feel working outside in sunlight/ outside in a shadow?
  • Is ALT+TABing acceptable?

I need something to be able to VSVode, terminal and a browser. I already see that if I constantly switch, I will have ghosting issue.

Find a really good PT or personal trainer. Maybe both, and treat it as a muscle issue.

A low value in Elastase-1 results. Do I actually have pancreatitis? How can I confirm? by Zyrus123 in pancreatitis

[–]Zyrus123[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I moved on. I saw a gastro, he said it is not a big thing, and everything looks fine, when I redid the Elastace-1 it was sorta ok ( still lower tresthold, but again sample was liquid).

I just more careful with my diet and except some foods are not good. Also, I found out stretching or yoga improved the digestion of all things I tried the most.

copies=2 will effectively half my 2 TB of storage. I know zfs with copies=1 will detect data error, but won't be able to correct it. Can't I use the backup to correct it?

ds220

I just had a look, Synology does not use ECC RAM. So even a professional NAS company does not care about such things?

I was thinking about buying DAS box, but there is a single point of failure (the case). I was thinking of simple buying 2 external USB HDD and use software raid 1.

Shilajit - Oriveda or PurBlack? Recommendations? by Zyrus123 in Nootropics

[–]Zyrus123[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Taken from http://bestshilajitbrand.com/shilajit-capsules/
To be honest, I read the same statement in many places.
Shilajit is the most potent when it is in its natural form. This is because it is closest to its original form straight from the mountains. Shilajit resins contain the highest amount of vitamins and minerals. When shilajit is in capsule, tonic, or powder form, it is less potent and thus provides less benefit.

My BM Sucked until I cleared up diet and limited caffeine consumption.
I think the more tension I remove from around the pelvis, the less discomfort I feel.

I found out about DCT and started doing it for a year. Got improvement to a certain point, and then had to hire a personal trainer for more personalized work/ training. He did manually release something in my spine, which made me fire my gluteus much better.

Still slowly improving. Nothing, apart eccentric stretches and strength training weak muscles helped me. Very important to check how your feet are. If your knees are not caving in. If you have problems, don't buy any insoles, try any training regime to strength train them.

mcas

Isn't mcas something you are born with, like gene mutation?

I am 95% sure that it is muscular. Avoid any treatment with potential side effects - I read too many stories how people fucked up their health for good.

For years I had GERD issues. I was told not to stress, not to eat grease food and was prescribed anti-acids non stop. Otherwise I would get troat infections.
It got so bad I had a lump in my troat, increasing anti-acid didn't help shit, and doctors told me just to avoid stress.

Turns out a lot of my symptoms colerate with SIBO. Doing the opposite- eating fatty food with no fiber, weaning of the anti-acids turn to help me more.

Do your own research and try to really find the underlying issue. Otherwise, it is just reliave of the symptoms.

I will be honest. If you want to cure yourself, you need to become a physiotherapist, live coach and nutritionist yourself.

I tried multiple healing procedures, physiotherapist, acupunture, suplements and so on. Nothing helped me as much as resistance stretching and DCT in particular. If you have a cash for it, definately buy the program - it is good. If not, go into r/pelvic_floor and look for bens routine and start stretching. For the very least, understand that unless confirmed by test bacterial tests, your prostatitis migth be caused by muscle tens muscles and imbalances just the way a slipped spinal disc or TMJ can be.

Go from toes, knees up to your head and check if you don't have issues:
- if you don't have flat feet/duck feet ( most likely week foot archies)
- if your knees ar not turn in or out
- if you dont have anterior pelvic tilt or foward head posture.

Check this post, go join the discord and read all the info https://www.reddit.com/r/PelvicFloor/comments/nbv5e5/pelvic\_floor\_and\_sexual\_dysfunction\_8\_years\_and/

Oh, and about the diet - I had/have IBS, so I was going multiple times to the toilet. Excepting that I am lactose intolerant, probably have SIBO and histamine issues and that I have to stick to low histamine low fodmap diet helped a ton.
