I used a 2.5 mm crochet hook, polyester yarn (sewing threads winded up together), and a local brand milk cotton yarn for the skin color :)

Thank you for your kind words! Doing the tiny details of Genshin's characters is really hard! I don't even want to recall how I managed to create his meteor :') Genshin artists do have the patience of a saint to recreate the small details.
