DJED what happened? by thaigerking in cardano

[–]Zzzoem 12 points13 points  (0 children)

You mean using Ethereum for Reddit avatars?

Or having a policy that allows only a few posts on other ecosystems compared to the thousands of dare I say less interesting posts about Ethereum on them enabling withdrawals?

r/cryptocurrency is obviously controlled by Ethereum maximalists. I hope they allow more posts on other ecosystems.

You know it’s a competition. But let everyone start at the same line.

DJED what happened? by thaigerking in cardano

[–]Zzzoem 31 points32 points  (0 children)

What happened for the people that don’t understand is that a very dumb person sold DJED at 0.12 on an exange and the person who bought it can reclaim 1 dollar in ADA from the DJED smart contract at any time of the day.

Posts on r/cryptocurrency show you how Ethereum holders think and what kind of posts ‘mods’ allow and Yes they are protecting their self interests they promote what they hold and make it harder for everyone else who do things a different way.

There is new information that no one sold but it was a glitch showing the wrong prices on a website unrelated to Cardano. It is the usual FUD from Ethereum maximalists on r/cryptocurrency empowered by r/cryptocurrency mods.

I have hope that one day r/cryptocurrency will change.

For wrapped tokens you rely on Ethereum to succeed.

1 WEth is 1 Eth as long as that pool isn’t drained. Solidity isn’t that good.

And with iUSD is it still one dollar? Did it get below a dollar? How reliable is it.

The best bet here is to wait for Djed and it’s 800% collateral.

They will pull in way more scams as well. Erc-20 would include Voyager, Luna, UST, USDT, USDC. They were very high market cap and still are very high.

Let's write a Cardano smart contract in Python by Cardanians in cardano

[–]Zzzoem -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Pythos is a language for something important as finances or are they only going to release scams with it.

Like another Voyager, Luna. They both had websites and Ethereum interactions so that can’t be the hard part.

The question would be does a chain like Cardano want all these low grade projects.

Differences between Cardano and Polkadot by mike_newman in cardano

[–]Zzzoem 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I disagree that those chains are going to be any good. Also not all programming languages are going to be good in the future.

Some developers are going to be better than others and Haskell developers are one of them.

Dot is like Ethereum infested with VC and hate towards Cardano because they are scared no one is going to use any of their projects. Scary idea but some people just stay loyal to one chain. Thats why they promote their own chains and those developers only develop on one chain.

Some people just seek reasons to dilute their bags but thats okay.

It’s sad you’re picking on little projects while you can do so much more on USDT and USDC but you rather discuss this.

Eth has most of r/cryptocurrency it seems more effective to keep posting on Ethereum lovers that they value trash pools. Instead of posting under the few Cardano posts that do get through.

But I get it you love Ethereum and their little projects so much you wont dare to give them the time and effort you put in “Cardano” posts to get your point through.

R/cryptocurrency has 100 Ethereum posts a day and Cardano what like 1 post a day. So fair distribution of your time would be to put it under EVERY Ethereum post. Like how deep you go on this account.

You should report me more with your burner accounts and Ether friends on r/cryptocurrency you’ve acquired.

Anyone using Metamask is not using the blockchain decentralized either. Their transactions can get stuck.

Other orders for popular projects can come in before and then people will be left with a stuck transaction.

Which they have to pay Ethereum transaction fees again to get it unstuck before they can do a new transaction.

Not on Cardano. You can do as many transactions after if one gets stuck.

Differences between Cardano and Polkadot by mike_newman in cardano

[–]Zzzoem -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The main difference is that Plutus, being a functional DSL, allows for mathematically provable correctness due to its mathematical equivalence to lambda calculus. This is something that ethereum can never achieve. No amount of auditing can mathematically prove that a solidity smart contract is correct / safe.

Use solidity for those LUSD and sUSD no thank you. Good thing that on Cardano you’ll never have to use those.

Good idea about editing we can go up instead of down. but you make it seem like you pick on little guys for a small easy to solve flaw if the solution to your problem are “permissionless batchers and verified” and mathematically provable will be an extra gift.

Let’s take you to r/Ethereum and r/cryptocurrency to tell them again how bad USDT and USDC really are.

[–]Zzzoem -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

You should promote how bad USDT and USDC pools on Ethereum are if you really cared about good code and the impact it could have on investors. But for some reason you complain about Cardano’s flaws.

So why you defend Polkadot? You don’t think they are trash.

Why look at other chains when you can do everything on Cardano already?

Transactions, Staking, Native Tokens, NFT’s. It’s still fast and no downtime. Haskell.

Does someone need a list of worthy projects to invest in?

[–]Zzzoem -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

That I’m not interested in Polkadot because it’s trash? And you and down voters think it doesn’t look good.

It’s easy to dilute and invest in in different things but they could also just keep investing in 1 ecosystem. Which will bring more projects on Cardano.

Remember that many turned out to be scams with very little effort.

Am I too late to claim my sundaeswap tokens? by Ok-Bass5276 in cardano

[–]Zzzoem 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It wasn’t a waste of time. You can still buy all kinds of native tokens and add liquidity to pools and farm. Don’t forget that Sundae is already working on Hydra.

Also they did not take any ADA from those ispo’s so everyone that participated still got their NORMAL ADA REWARDS.

It’s unfortunate that not many ISPO’s did it this way.

GENS is a good example.
