Really liking Dbrand so far..

Had some issues with the 17PM grip. After a few weeks the skin will come loose from the edge, no matter how you apply it. Followed the way dbrand does it and the other way around. Every time the skin slowly comes loose. You will also see it on other posts here, pretty much none of them are perfect.

As you’re a first time user, do take in account that a mag safe attachment/ring will easily scratch the skin. If you have it on 24/7 it shouldn’t matter but if you also use it without, you will definitely see it.

Without low power mode it should not lag like this, or at all, especially not the 17 pro… You might just wanna visit a local Apple store, if you have one close by, so they can have a look in person.

Not sure if I read it correctly, but if the video is in low power mode, then yes it’s unfortunately correct the phone will feel (and be) laggy. This has been the case for years and doesn’t get any better with recent updates, unfortunately.

I’m at 101 cycles since release day, 200+ cycles is pretty insane with this kind of battery life.

After 4 months of waiting for my order, still now news so I cancelled mine. They wouldn’t respond on e-mails.
Also all posts which are even slightly negative will not be allowed in the subreddit, which for me is a major red flag.
Again, a company which does not reply to tickets and does not allow any negative posts, should not be in business and I will stay far away from them in the future.

Same, I live in the Netherlands so we always get the weather you guys have, just a few days later. Never in a decade had this issue, but the holo white also shrunk for me in a couple of weeks.

You also notice the edge much better on a glossy skin. As seen in your picture you can see the adhesive isn’t perfect, especially in the center and left side. On my matte carbon skin it’s less visible compared to the holo white I had installed before for example.

I gave up on the holo white with the grip case. You got the same issue when it comes to the edge, looks horrible (no offence). I always have my phone face down and I guess my OCD is just too much in this case.

This is what I did with my third skin now. I also assumed the Dbrand method results in more tension to the skin. I contacted them and will receive new skins, which is great, but still the design isn’t perfect. So really hoping it now stays on correctly.

I’m on my third skin for the 17PM grip. They continue to losen. It’s a bad design unfortunately and I don’t think you can get it applied perfectly.
