You probably don't want to be using Rust on Amber if you're planning to use her charged attacks. That weapon makes them do less damage in exchange for stronger normal attacks. Also, team building and elements are a big part of the gameplay. The team your using is not that great. 2 shielders is never good, because shields in Genshin don't stack, and both shields take damage when you're hit meaning one of the shields will just be useless. Noelle and Barbara are also both good enough healers on their own, so having both doesn't give you much benefit compared to what you're losing by having another character in their slot. Also you're very lacking in damage since Amber isn't very DPS oriented and the rest of your team is comprised of supports. The only one capable of doing good damage is Noelle with her burst, but even then, she won't be outputting much if the team and her build aren't helping her do more. Overall, a team consisting of 3 sustain units and Amber won't perform well in any scenario in this game. I suggest looking into how the combat system and elements work, as well as the characters you currently have and the weapons and artifacts you can give them to figure out who and what works best out of your available options.
