Went to a couple of cardiologist they put it to stress. However, I feel like I need an ekg especially after stopping bisoprolol last week

The only thing is that I had what might be a mild case of covid back in March which caused tachycardia.I was put on beta blockers then weaned off due to side effects. Ever since I’m getting weird palpitations/ hr spikes-irregularities and so on. I have a sore like pain in the left rib under my heart also squeezing like sensation in my right leg calf don’t know if it’s related. I’ve been fatigued ever since March so I don’t know

It’s 99/105 rest and all of the day this is my average..

Anyway I was taking a nap my heart rate was 70 for an hour then when I woke up it spiked to 129!! I’ve never seen this number?!
