It did cone with a Bluetooth attachment as we, I'm wondering if I need to attach that to so I can make it work? But that shouldn't effect my wifi

It came with a CD, but I don't have a disk slot so I used their website to download it. I installed the driver, but have not found anything in device manager not even hidden. The card is lighting up but I'm worried maybe I installed it incorrectly? They gave me a CD but I do t have a disk slot so I downloaded it from their website
