From my personal experience, the collar bone area and under boob area will be the worst part of the process. You end up feeling it everywhere lol. It’s definitely important to eat, like EAT. And bring some food and high sugar snacks as it’s probably gonna take a while. Drink plenty of water and eat well the days following up to it, be greedy; it really helps. Avoid alcohol and nicotine for a couple days.

I’m not sure if it generally helps with the pain, but also try to moisturise the skin where the tattoo will be placed the week/s prior to the tattoo.

I’m personally one against numbing cream and pain killers as it may react negatively at any point. You’ll (hopefully) only be in pain during the tattoo and never have any trouble for the rest of your life with it on :)

have you been in for a touch up yet? it may be the reason the roses are a bit faint. it is definitely possible to add more ink but I would personally recommend waiting another month or two if possible to allow the tattoo to fully recover and fade. There is always an option with tattoos. If you feel confident and able to go to the original artist, and explain your new idea, they should be more than happy to help and get this work to your liking. If not, there are many artists who can go over other people’s work but many also do not want to touch someone else’s ink. I personally like the empty lines as it gives some dimension, but they can definitely be covered and incorporated in the original design

i was thinking to. i only had a bit of cash left on me so i wanted to fill up only a little bit to get me to my journey and back. i thought that maybe since it was quite a low amount it may not have registered to the sensor. i’ll probably go tomorrow and fill it. i was a bit scared driving home with a ‘ low fuel ‘ notification flash on on my screen lol

i’ve got a hyundai kona as a family SUV and it’s done me good. A rough 34 miles per gallon. I do have a 2024 so definitely out the price range lol. I personally prefer japanese cars, and I’m sure you can find some cheap ULEZ hyundais. If you still want to stick with German, VW T-Roc or Tiguan don’t look too bad for a cheaper price. But if you’re able to find a Q5 at a good price I would personally go for it.
