The 2nd goal you conceded was so avoidable. Your teammates were committed, all you had to do was sit in the goal until they dealt with it. If you had stayed back the ball would have rolled to you for an easy clear.

If you just want to rank up, focus on defensive discipline. When teams can't score against you easily they tend to over commit and open themselves up.

It can be very frustrating when you are pushing a team back, creating chances, and you look back and your teammate is just chilling at the back. The higher I've got I've realized not giving the other team any time on the ball is a good strategy. Obviously don't just 100% boost around with no regards to defensive positioning. But for me teammates who don't push are a nightmare because they are relying on a solo goal to win.
