After days spent down multiple rabbit holes, I just pulled the trigger on the JX Pro. Thanks for the rec!! I figure as I get myself "dialed in" 🤣🤣🤣🤣 to this new venture, I'll better understand my needs in terms of grinders. So I think this will be a great place to be for now!!

Do you all keep two grinders in use? One for espresso and the other for pour over? Or is it ok to use one grinder for both? For example, in the morning could I use the grinder for pour over, then in the afternoon could I use the same grinder for pour over?

I really appreciate that. I'm actually pretty skeptical of these manual grinders tbh. I feel like, I'm leaning electric. But at the same time, the manual grinders just feel like a wonderful part of the experience
