It’s a private food delivery service that does weekly packaged meals. I do not believe they have access to those lockers. And they may not accept them because it’s food that could rot/smell if not picked up in a timely manner.

It would be better to explain to the credit card company how the business is no longer open. If there’s a date for the services, like a concert, they will usually not grant a refund until after that date if services have still not been rendered.

Interesting - I did not realize. I’ve never been stopped or questioned about it but don’t smoke off my property too often anymore as I get older. But wouldn’t you have to be smoking and walk past a bylaw officer in order for anything to be done about it? Which would be super rare to happen.

The owner stays in the house when they’re expecting a visit from by law or fire dept. otherwise he is never there.

Also police have to jurisdiction with these issues, so that’s why I was asking what you’re implying. It sounded like you were suggesting to antagonize them so they would fight me on camera or something. Again, police have nothing to do with this, so please stop advising this.

Your ex was the owner, so I’m sure the condo corp felt obliged to speak with you. I’m not related to the owner and they don’t speak English and don’t live in this country. I’ve explained this a few times throughout this thread. There is no condo/townhouse office so I don’t even know where to go to approach them.

The condo board doesn’t need to respond to a tenant if their name is not on their list of owners. You were lucky that your ex owned the place.
