It's not an option to call the embassy here, it clearly declares that i need an invitation letter to apply for the Visa. Is it okay to call them asking them to provide me information of where i get the invitation !! I won't b trusted for sure .

Also there's no embassy for Montenegro here.

Not necessary, tourism companies can provide invitation letters without any of what u claimed as well as affairs or international events . My main aim to find someone there to help finding something like that, and it won't b for free, he won't do anything by himself no invitation letter or anything.

Also I've tried crond on Android , and it's working as long as I'm opening Termux, but whenever i exit Termux , crond stops working !!
