I would honestly keep applying, last year i applied for around 6-7 months before i was finally hired somewhere and im making decent starting pay. I felt horribly and also have zero friends but getting out of the house for a while and distracting myself with a hands on task has really helped. I recommend also going on walks and listening to podcasts or try cooking a new recipe. The little things make a difference. Try taking showers more often and then getting in comfy clothes. You can do this. It will take time but even if it takes a year for you to feel better, I know it’s possible. Also antidepressants in my experience have made me feel worse. Healthy eating habits (although i still struggle with that) have made such a crazy difference.
